Evaluation of Therapeutic Hypotheses & Targets Prioritized from Systems-level Analyses of Alzheimer’s Disease | April 29 at 1pm ET
Recent genome-wide analyses have identified many potential therapeutic targets for Alzheimer’s disease, but prioritizing them remains a challenge. The Emory-Sage-SGC-JAX TREAT-AD center developed a platform to generate hypotheses based on patient data, including mitochondrial hypometabolism and neuroinflammation. In this webinar, Dr. Greg Cary will discuss the team’s in vitro screening approach to identify promising targets by testing 29 candidates in microglial surrogate cells, leading to the prioritization of several for further research. Registration is open and you can register for the webinar now.
