The 25.1 Data Release includes updates to human studies, including the AMP-AD Diverse Cohorts Study and the FreshMicro Study.
Human
The FreshMicro Study
This study provides transcriptomic, epigenetic, and genetic variation data on microglia isolated from fresh autopsy and biopsy specimens taken from individuals in the ROSMAP cohort, the Mount Sinai/JJ Peters VA Medical Center NIH Brain and Tissue Repository, and the Living Brain Project.
- This release provides raw FASTQ files for approximately 80 short-read RNAseq samples and 30 long-read ISOseq samples. It also provides clinical metadata for the about 80 individuals and additional clinical metadata for existing individuals in the study.
This study provides metagenomics and metabolomics data generated from 803 historical serum samples and 531 fecal samples collected from 248 participants using TMI kits.
- This release provides metagenomics data, metabolomics data, clinical metadata, data dictionaries, and protocol metadata.
The AMP-AD_DiverseCohorts Study
The AMP-AD Diverse Cohorts Study is a cross-consortium project generating harmonized datasets from diverse human cohorts. This study provides post-mortem multi-omic data from over 850 individuals, including 305 Black or African American individuals and 336 Hispanic or Latino individuals representing the spectrum of Alzheimer’s Disease phenotypes. Data is generated from research teams at Rush University, Emory University, the Mayo Clinic, Columbia University, and Mt Sinai Medical School.
- This release provides raw GEX and ATAC files from an additional 750 samples generated via the 10x Multiome single-nucleus assay
