Data Release  24.5 includes updates to human and model studies.

Human

  • The MC_snRNA Study

This study provides single-nucleus transcriptomic data from frozen post-mortem temporal cortex tissue of 12 AD patients and 12 control donors, matched for age at death and sex.

    • This release includes raw fastq files and raw and normalized UMI cell by gene matrices.
  • The AMP-AD_DiverseCohorts Study

The AMP-AD Diverse Cohorts Study is a cross-consortium project generating harmonized datasets from diverse human cohorts. This study provides post-mortem whole genome sequencing and brain bulk RNA sequencing data from over 850 individuals, including 305 Black or African American individuals and 336 Hispanic or Latino individuals representing the spectrum of Alzheimer’s Disease phenotypes. Data is generated from research teams at Rush University, Emory University, the Mayo Clinic, Columbia University, and Mt Sinai Medical School.

    • This release provides processed TMT proteomics data, including normalized and batch-corrected counts.

Models

  • The UCI_ABCA7 Study

This study provides RNA-seq, immunohistochemistry, and biochemistry data for Abca7Aduci homozygous, 5xFAD hemizygous, Abca7Aduci homozygous; 5xFAD hemizygous, and C57BL6/J mice. The Abca7Aduci mutation (V1613M) corresponds to the human V1599M SNP linked to Alzheimer’s risk. Cohorts were bred at UCI’s Transgenic Mouse Facility.

  • The UCI_CCLines Study

This study provides RNA-seq and biochemistry data for 6 Collaborative Cross lines, their F1 hybrids with C57BL6/J, 5xFAD hemizygous on F1 hybrid backgrounds, 5xFAD hemizygous, and C57BL6/J. The 5xFAD model, which mimics key Alzheimer’s disease features, overexpresses human APP and PS1 with specific Alzheimer’s mutations.
