Human

  • The NPS-AD Study

    This study provides single-nucleus RNAseq profiles from the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex of 1494 donors from the Mt Sinai Brain Bank, NIMH Human Brain Collection Core, and ROSMAP cohorts. In addition to Alzheimer’s Disease status, information on the presence of other dementias or neuropsychiatric conditions is also provided.

    • This release provides pooled snRNAseq fastq files and a cell-hashing table mapping sample barcodes to pooled reads
    • NOTE: processed h5ad cell count matrices for all samples will be available by the end of July 2024, for researchers who may not want to download and process the extremely large raw data

  • The ROSMAP Study

    This study provides genomics, transcriptomic, epigenetic, proteomic, and metabolomic data on individuals as part of the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) enrolled by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center.

    • This release provides processed snRNAseq data for dorsolateral prefrontal cortex samples.

  • The ADMC_ADNI2-GO Study

    This study provides metabolomics data generated on multiple platforms from serum from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative – GO, 2 cohort.

    • This release provides metabolomics data generated using the Leiden Oxylipins assay.
