The 24.3 Data Release includes updates to human and model studies, including 10x Multiome data from the Diverse Cohorts study and APOE genotypes from the SEA-AD study.
Human
The AMP-AD_DiverseCohorts Study
The AMP-AD Diverse Cohorts Study is a cross-consortium project generating harmonized datasets from diverse human cohorts. This study provides post-mortem whole genome sequencing and brain bulk RNA sequencing data from over 850 individuals, including 305 Black or African American individuals and 336 Hispanic or Latino individuals representing the spectrum of Alzheimer’s Disease phenotypes. Data is generated from research teams at Rush University, Emory University, the Mayo Clinic, Columbia University, and Mt Sinai Medical School.
- This release provides raw and processed simultaneous snATACseq and snRNAseq profiles generated by Columbia via the 10x Multiome platform. Multiome libraries were prepared from doroslateral prefrontal cortex, superior temporal gyrus, and caudate nucleus tissues obtained from Rush University donor cohorts, including ROSMAP, MARS, and CLINCOR.
- There have been some minor corrections and additions to the harmonized clinical and biospecimen metadata files.
The SEA-AD Study
This study provides transcriptomic and chromatin accessibility data from single nuclei isolated from multiple brain tissues of 84 aged individuals spanning the full spectrum of Alzheimer’s disease severity and 5 neurotypical adult reference individuals. The Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD) consortium includes the Allen Institute for Brain Science, the University of Washington, and Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute.
- This release provides APOE genotypes for all study participants in the individual metadata file.
Models
The UCI_Bin1K358R study
- This study provides bulk RNA-seq, immunohistochemistry and biochemistry data of Bin1em1Aduci homozygous (Jax stock number: 035872), 5xFAD hemizygous (Jax stock number: 034848), Bin1em1Aduci homozygous; 5xFAD hemizygous, and C57BL6/J (Jax stock number: 000664).
