    The AGMP_ANIMAL_MODELS Study uses mouse models to test the hypothesis that metabolites produced by gut bacteria are dysregulated in AD, and that their levels modulate immune activation, amyloid pathology, neuropsychiatric symptoms, cognitive impairment, and neurodegeneration.

    • This release provides untargeted metabolomics data, metagenomics data, and clinical metadata.
