  • The AMP-AD_DiverseCohorts Study

    The AMP-AD Diverse Cohorts Study is a cross-consortium project generating harmonized datasets from diverse human cohorts. This release provides post-mortem whole genome sequencing and brain bulk RNA sequencing data from over 800 individuals, including 306 Black or African American individuals and 335 Hispanic individuals representing the spectrum of Alzheimer’s Disease phenotypes. Additional harmonized clinical phenotypes and ‘omics data will follow. 

  • The MC-BrAD Study

    This study provides single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNAseq) data obtained from the temporal cortex (TCX) of 36 individuals with a diagnosis of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) or controls.
