  • The MSBB Study

    This study provides genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and proteomic data from multiple brain regions of individuals from the Mount Sinai/JJ Peters VA Medical Center Brain Bank collection.

    • This release provides raw and processed RNAseq and ATACseq data from 110 parahippocampal gyrus specimens.

  • The ROSMAP Study

    This study provides genomics, transcriptomic, epigenetic, proteomic, and metabolomic data on individuals as part of the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) enrolled by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center.

    • This release provides counts data and preliminary cell-type annotations from 465 single-nucleus RNA sequencing samples from the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.

Models

  • This MODEL-AD consortium’s Preclinical Testing Core study provides two updates for this release:

    • The Jax.IU.Pitt Verubecestat 5XFAD
      • This study provides data from 5XFAD mice treated with Verubecestat. This release adds NanoString messenger RNA counts data to the existing behavioral, imaging, and immunoassay dataset, and updated metadata.
    • The Jax.IU.Pitt Levetiracetam 5XFAD
      • This study provides data from 5XFAD mice treated with Levetiracetem. This release adds NanoString messenger RNA counts data to the existing behavioral, imaging, and immunoassay dataset, and updated metadata.
