The 20.1 release includes new long-read RNAseq and bulk RNAseq data from Trem2 mice treated with cuprizone in the UCI_Trem2_Cuprizone, single-nucleus RNAseq data from mammillary body tissue of ROSMAP donors in the ROSMAP_MammillaryBody Study, epigenetic data from AD patients with and without psychosis in the MOA-PAD Study, and more!

Human

  • The MayoHippocampus Study

This study provides bulk RNAseq data from the hippocampus of 40 donors with Alzheimer’s disease and 15 nondemented controls from the Mayo Clinic Brain Bank.

  • The ROSMAP_MammillaryBody Study

This study provides post-mortem single nucleus transcriptomic data from the mammillary bodies of 32 ROSMAP participants, including 13 AD cases and 19 controls.

    • This release provides raw snRNAseq fastq files.
  • The MOA-PAD Study

This study provides epigenetic data for Alzheimer’s disease and non-demented control dorsolateral prefrontal cortex brain samples from 223 donors, which were obtained from the University of Pittsburgh Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (PITT-ADRC).

    • This release provides raw DNA methylation array files generated from the Illumina Epic Methylation array.
  • The Banner Study

This study provides mass-spectrometry-based proteomic data on individuals from the Banner Sun Health Research Institute’s Brain and Body Donation Program.

    • This release adds raw TMT proteomics files (.raw) for batches 13-26, which were previously missing.
  • The SEA-AD Study

This study provides transcriptomic and chromatin accessibility data from single nuclei isolated from brain tissue of 84 aged individuals spanning the full spectrum of Alzheimer’s disease severity and 5 neurotypical adult reference individuals. The Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD) consortium includes the Allen Institute for Brain Science, the University of Washington, and Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute.

    • This release adds an Illumina GenomeStudio project file (.bsc) containing the genotyping results.

Model

  • The UCI_Trem2_Cuprizone Study

This study provides long-read RNA sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing data of cuprizone treated mice. Experimental models in this study include: Trem2R47H_NSS, Trem2R47H_CSS, and Trem2KO. Trem2R47H_NSS allele models the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (Trem2) gene carrying the R47H mutation that corresponds to the human R47H mutation associated with late-onset Alzheimer’s Disease.

  • The BCM-DMAS Study

This study provides gene expression and proteomic data from fruit fly models of neurodegenerative disease (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s diseases).

    • This release provides bulk RNAseq and TMT quantitation data.
