The 19.8 Data Release includes snRNAseq data from ROSMAP and WGS data from UCSF

Human

  • The UCSF_MAC Study

This study provides whole genome sequence data from patients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and frontotemporal dementia at the University of California, San Francisco Memory and Aging Center. WGS data were generated from pre-mortem blood samples taken from 317 AD cases, 347 FTLD cases, and 102 controls.

    • This release provides raw WGS fastq files as well as joint variant calls across all samples.
  • The ROSMAP Study

This study provides genomics, transcriptomic, epigenetic, proteomic, and metabolomic data on individuals as part of the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) enrolled by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center.

    • This release provides raw single nucleotide RNAseq data from the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex of 465 unique donors. The provided fastq files include multiplexed reads from 8 pooled samples; a preliminary file mapping demultiplexed reads to individualIDs is available with the ROSMAP study metadata. Minor revisions to the ID mapping file may be made in the future, in which case updates will be announced in the newsletter and on the AD Portal.
