This release includes RNAseq data from the hippocampus of 55 post-mortem brains via the MayoHippocampus study, TMT proteomics data from the prefrontal dorsolateral cortex of an additional 210 ROSMAP donors (bringing the total number of individuals with TMT proteomics data to 610), and single-cell RNAseq data from the APOEPSC study of APOE-knockout iPSC-derived cerebral organoids.

Human

  • The MayoHippocampus Study

    This study provides bulk RNAseq data from the hippocampus of 40 donors with Alzheimer’s disease and 15 nondemented controls from the Mayo Clinic Brain Bank.

  • The ROSMAP Study

    This study provides genomics, transcriptomic, epigenetic, proteomic, and metabolomic data on individuals as part of the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) enrolled by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center.

    • This release adds TMT proteomics data from DLPFC tissue of an additional 210 individuals.

Models

  • The APOEPSC Study

    This study provides bulk RNAseq, single-cell RNAseq, and shotgun lipidomics data from cerebral organoids differentiated from control-line and APOE-knockout iPSCs. 

    • This release provides 10x single cell transcriptomic data from three samples each of parental and isogenic cell line-derived organoids.
