Release highlights: This data release includes new genome-wide histone acetylation profiles from 19 ROSMAP subjects in the ROSMAP_CellTypeSpecificHA Study, genotypes for all donors in the SEA-AD Study to accompany their previously released transcriptomic and epigenetic data, and RNAseq data from a genetically diverse mouse model in the AD-BXD Study.

Human

  • The ROSMAP_CellTypeSpecificHA Study

This study provides genome-wide histone 3 lysine 27 acetylation (H3K27ac) profiles of three major cell types from 16 hippocampus samples and 10 dorsolateral prefrontal cortex samples obtained from 19 ROSMAP subjects with and without Alzheimer’s Disease.

    • This release provides raw and processed ChIP-Seq data files.
  • The SEA-AD Study

This study provides transcriptomic and chromatin accessibility data from single nuclei isolated from brain tissue of 84 aged individuals spanning the full spectrum of Alzheimer’s disease severity and 5 neurotypical adult reference individuals. The Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD) consortium includes the Allen Institute for Brain Science, the University of Washington, and Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute.

    • This release adds a VCF file with genotype data from study donors with previously released transcriptomic and epigenetic data.

Models

  • The AD-BXD Study

This study provides transcriptomic and behavioral data from a genetically diverse mouse model of aging and Alzheimer’s disease.

    • This release provides raw fastq files and processed counts data from bulk RNAseq profiling of the mouse prefrontal cortex.
  • The UCI_Trem2-R47H_NSS Study
This is a mouse model study of a Trem2-R47H mutation associated with late-onset Alzheimer’s Disease with no evidence of cryptic splicing products from the mutant allele.

      • This release provides a data dictionary file describing data variables in the immunofluorescence brain pathology data.
