The November 2020 Data Release includes RNA-seq data from a mouse model expressing three mutations of APP, plus additions to ROSMAP and MSBB.

Human

  • The ROSMAP Study

This study contains data generated from subjects participating in the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and Memory and Aging Project (MAP). These are longitudinal clinical-pathologic cohort studies of aging and AD run from Rush University. Previously released from these studies is GWAS, WGS, RNAseq on bulk and single nuclei from the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, microglia RNAseq, array mRNA and miRNA expression, epigenetics, and metabolomics.

    This release adds:

    • Counts files for the single-nucleus RNA seq data.
  • The MSBB Study

This study provides WES, WGS, RNAseq,  label free, and Tandem Mass Tag proteomics on a cohort from the Mount Sinai Brain Bank.

    This release adds:

    • Additional and updated assay metadata files. Covariate files have been deprecated.
    • Updated specimenIDs in the label free proteomics multispecimen file to match the specimenIDs in the metadata.

Models

  • The UCI_3xTg-AD Study

This is a study of Familial AD using a mouse model expressing three mutations of APP. This release includes raw and processed RNA seq data from the hippocampus of mice at age 4, 12, or 18 months. Provided are fastq files, raw and normalized gene counts.
