The TWAS Study

This study provides tools and analysis based on data across three studies, ROSMAP, MSBB, and MayoRNAseq as described in Multi-Tissue Neocortical Transcriptome-Wide Association Study Implicates 8 Genes Across 6 Genomic Loci in Alzheimer’s Disease.

The MC-CAA Study

This is two studies focused on cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA), utilizing post-mortem tissue samples from individuals neuropathologically diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.

This release updates:
The specimenIDs in the raw and normalized counts from study 2 (temporal cortex tissue) to match the metadata.

The ACOM Study

This study provides RNAseq data on 20 human iPSC-derived cerebral organoids with APOE genotypes.

The SMIB-AD Study

This study provides RNA sequencing, bulk and single cell whole genome sequencing, and whole exome sequencing on brain and liver tissue for 33  patients.

The ROSMAP_nucleus_hashing Study

This study provides multiplexed single-nucleus RNA sequencing from brain tissue of 20 ROSMAP individuals and 4 mice.
