The 25.4 Data Release includes updates to human and model studies, including ROSMAP and the APOE-TR Study.
Human
The ROSMAP Study
This study provides genomics, transcriptomic, epigenetic, proteomic, and metabolomic data on individuals as part of the Religious Orders Study (ROS) and the Memory and Aging Project (MAP) enrolled by the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center.
- This release provides new plasma proteomics data generated from existing ROSMAP participants.
The LBP Study
This study provides bulk RNAseq data from prefrontal cortex samples from a living brain cohort matched for age and sex to a postmortem brain cohort. The living samples were collected from individuals undergoing a deep brain stimulation electrode implantation surgery.
- This release provides new structural magnetic resonance imaging, proteomics, and single nucleus RNA sequencing assay metadata.
Models
The APOE-TR Study
This study provides transcriptomic, metabolomics, immunoassay, and behavioral data from humanized APOE2, APOE3 or APOE4 mice.
- This release provides new metabolomics data generated from brain tissue samples.
- This study provides metabolomic and behavioral data from the brain, plasma, and liver of trained APP/PS1 and wild-type mice.
