- This release was largely comprised of existing, pre-award data from human samples that was used in generating preliminary results on the grant applications of the U01 AMP-AD projects. Study descriptions are provided in detail in The AMP-AD Data section. These include:
Mt Sinai Brian Bank RNAseq Study: RNA sequencing and clinical data generated from 3 brain regions of human postmortem brain samples collected from AD and control individuals. - APP and Tau Mouse Models: RNA sequencing data generated from two Tau mouse models.
